Movie Info
George, Max and Ricky are in a rock band. Between small gigs and rehearsals, they hope for their big breakthrough. In the meanwhile, someone has to pay the bills! So they work in the kitchen of a high security asylum. Good pay, minimum risk - they have no physical contact with the inmates. One night, just before dinner time, a big storm shuts down the security system, the doors open and the lunatics break loose. Help is on its way and should soon arrive. They just have to wait for it... and survive until then.

My Review
This film isn't your typical "mental hospital horror", it's from the point of view of one of the workers in the kitchen. This is the kind of movie that makes you want to watch another indie horror film right behind it, the problem is, not many are this good. The film revolves around an up and coming musician and his band, all of whom work in the kitchen of an asylum for the criminally insane. There's a bad storm coming in and you see one particular inmate that you just know is the ringleader of the riot that occurs. It's essentially the band trying to get to a phone to get help, because the storm knocked out the power, giving an even scarier atmosphere to the film. Help finally comes, too late for many workers and inmates alike. One survivor ends up in the hospital, mentally disturbed from the trauma of what he went through, as well as what he saw others go through. The question is, was he disturbed from what he experienced, or was he one of the crazy ones all along? You might just have to watch it again to figure that one out...
